In a two-piece gelatin (bovine gelatin, black iron oxide) capsule: L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Fenugreek Sterols ((Fenusterols®) 50% Steroidal Saponins extracted from the seeds of Trigonella Foenum Graecum), Hard Gelatine Capsule (Bovine Gelatine, Black Iron Oxide), Zinc Bisglycinate, Sodium Borate, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Copper Bisglycinate.
May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and/or milk.
On non-training days take three capsules twice daily, with meals. On training days, take three capsules one to two hours prior to training, and three capsules before bedtime.
Use five days in a row, then have two days with no use. After six weeks of use, take three weeks off before starting use again.

This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is 6 capsules per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of young children.
